Hosted by the Aging Institute at UPMC McKeesport Resource Center, a Matter of Balance is a program designed to reduce the fear of falling and increase activity levels among older adults. This free program includes 8 two-hour sessions held every Monday from 1-3pm. Attendees must attend at least 5 sessions to complete the program. Parking validation and snacks provided.
