Penn State University’s Greater Allegheny Campus marked the opening of a partnership with its host community of McKeesport with an Oct. 25 ribbon-cutting ceremony at a new satellite facility in the city’s downtown.

PurePenn breaks ground for McKeesport facility

Mayor and Council Accept Community Donation from Pure Penn

State, county and city officials dug into the RIDC Riverplace Industrial Center of McKeesport grounds alongside investors from PurePenn LLC for a July 27 groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of medical cannabis production in the city.

State funds to aid in intersection improvements
